Only 33% of full-time employees in the United States are engaged at work, according to the 2017 Gallup report, “State of the American Workforce.” The majority of employees (51%) are indifferent. They show up and do their job, but they are not going above and beyond to improve the company. Whereas, 16% of employees are “actively disengaged,” meaning they hate going to work and are probably disrupting your employees and sucking the morale out of the business.
